Andre Erving is an American entrepreneur that has built his career by helping others build theirs. Andre started a Freight Broker Training program to share his knowledge and experience with others. He started his career with a bachelor's degree in computer science and started doing IT work as an employee while doing contractor work on the side. He then started a computer business and sold it.

At that time, he decided to start a career in transportation by becoming a professional truck driver; this is where his knowledge came from on the trucking side of the industry. He perfected his driving skills and became a professional truck driver trainer. This position consisted of training new drivers that had just received their CDL; they would pair with a trainer, like Andre, for 30 to 45 days and learn how to operate a semi-truck over the road.

While advancing in his career, he obtained a semi-truck, became an owner-operator, opened his trucking company, and continued his career as a professional driver. On his journey as an owner-operator, he discovered brokers and brokering freight. At this time, his journey to seeking knowledge about brokering came into the spotlight; he started searching for training, learned how to broker, and became an agent. Within a year of brokering, he got so good at it he created an online course on how to do it.

While he was still brokering and people were starting to buy his course, he started a transportation brokerage. This gave him more options and flexibility to train people and switch his customers over to his brokerage. His brokerage is growing, and his course sales are up; now, he decided to obtain office space and provide Hands On Freight Broker Training. You have the option of attending his 1 to 8-week courses in person. Each training package comes with a list of items, such as MC Number (Authority), Website, Business Phone, Logo, etc. He has two locations available for training one in Illinois and one in Georgia.

Raising the bar, he opened another location for training; and he intends to open more throughout the USA, with plans to open in Canada as well. While running a brokerage, a trucking company, and training people, he was in school for three years for a bachelor of science degree in business administration and graduated from DeVry University. He is now obtaining his master's degree in business administration.

As long as you continue to have new goals, you will always have a new journey in your eyesight; he wanted to reach more people with his knowledge, so he wrote a book called the Freight Broker Training Manual. He has sold over 8000 copies worldwide and has over 10,000 students in 94 countries, with over 1300 5-star reviews.

Andre's journey never ends; he has published a new book called Trucking Company: Owner Operator (Volume 1) and is in the process of publishing three more books that are filled with 19 years of experience. He will make announcements, send out newsletters, etc., as the time nears.
