Participants are expected to engage in workshops and online sessions with respect and professionalism. Any form of harassment, discrimination, or inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated and may result in immediate termination of your participation.

 

6. Limitation of Liability

 

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Andre Erving, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages that arise out of your participation in our services. You acknowledge that we are not responsible for the actions, inactions, or any failure to act by any third-party service providers.

 

7. Indemnification

 

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Andre Erving, LLC, its affiliates, and its partners from and against any claims, actions, demands, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses that arise out of your violation of these Terms or your participation in our services.
