Andre Erving Global is a transportation services provider founded by our CEO, Andre Erving, an author, mentor, speaker, and thought leader. Andre Erving Global has been committed to helping people excel in the transportation industry since 2015, serving over 100 countries worldwide.

We are currently seeking an experienced Logistics Representative to join our team and contribute to the growth and success of our business. As a Logistics Representative, your foremost responsibility will be establishing and nurturing strong relationships with our existing customers, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.

​

This will involve regular communication, understanding their unique needs, and providing prompt and efficient service. We are also looking for individuals who can actively seek out new customers, as expanding our client base is vital to our continued growth.

​

As a professional Logistics Representative, you will utilize your expertise and knowledge of the industry to identify potential customers, present our services in a compelling manner, and onboard them onto our team.

 

Building and retaining strong relationships with both existing and new customers will be the cornerstone of your role, and you will play a crucial part in the overall success of our organization.

Position Details

​

  • Full-Time / Part-Time

  • Monday - Friday

  • 7:30 AM - 3:30 PM

​

Position Compensation

​

  • W2 - Hourly Pay

​

Responsibilities

​

  • establish relationships with new customers

  • maintain and grow relationships with existing customers

  • strive to improve customer satisfaction through excellent customer service

  • identify and respond to client needs

  • keep a high level of knowledge about existing products and services, and learn about new products and services as they come in

  • follow up on customer orders as necessary

  • anticipate the needs of clients and address them accordingly

  • meet with customers to determine their specific needs and wants, making suggestions as appropriate​​

 

Qualifications

​

  • excellent oral and written communication skills

  • superior interpersonal skills

  • ability to take initiative and work independently

  • exceptional organizational skills

  • good familiarity with word processing, spreadsheet, and database applications

  • 1+ years of experience in sales

  • 1+ years of experience in the transportation industry

  • strong knowledge of industry standards

  • confident and charismatic approach to people
