Service Description

Our mentoring sessions are opportunities for individuals to receive guidance, support, and knowledge from a more experienced person. During a mentoring session, the mentee typically discusses their goals, challenges, and areas they would like to improve. Our mentor then provides advice, shares their own experiences, and offers strategies and resources to help the mentee succeed. Our mentoring sessions are specific to the transportation industry, but we cover many topics such as career development, personal growth, leadership skills, industry insights, and networking opportunities. Our Mentors may also assist with resume and interview preparation, goal setting, and identifying opportunities for growth. Our mentoring sessions take place through video conferencing. The duration of each session is around one hour, but the time may vary. It is recommended to have regular meetings to track progress and so the mentor can provide ongoing support. Mentoring sessions can be a highly effective way for individuals to learn and grow in their personal and professional lives, and can provide a valuable support system throughout their journey.
